As fellow graduates from Monash University in 2004, Op-tech founders Jimmy and Daniel noticed a gap in the hospitality industry between business operators and technology. Clunky POS systems and disorganised tech support added pressure to operators, having to deal with multiple vendors and constantly interrupting venue workflow.
